Study On The Current Value And Protection Strategy Of The Ancient Residents In Lanzhou Estuary Based On GIS

Since the "The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" proposed according to the "Silk Road Economic Belt" policy,the rapid development of urban construction,due to vigorously develop urbanization in Lanzhou.Leading to historical blocks of humanities and historical buildings gradually ignored,the process of urbanization continued to be more Serious damage.Lanzhou’s relevant departments are declaring historical and cultural city,to promote the protection of historical cities and cultural heritage,It has become a hot topic of today’s social development.Now,the complexity,uncertainty and dynamic problems plague historical and cultural heritage protection,a large number of basic data and geospatial information for scientific quantitative analysis,it is difficult to use traditional planning practices.In this view,the paper presents a system based on the solution,the program in the cultural heritage and intangible cultural protection and other two angles as the basic framework,with advanced data technology,Internet technology and intelligent technology.The technology,culture,historical buildings build a set of supervision,protection and heritage as one of the system model,and test its feasibility and effectiveness.Based on the above ideas,I give out the formation of this writing frame.Firstly,based on the access to domestic and foreign literature and relevant information in the Internet,organize and summarize the history of the development of the status GIS at home and abroad.Combined with the relevant analysis theory and ideas,to find out its problems and analyze the root causes from multiple perspectives,to form a systematic solution.Secondly,based on the relevant definitions,characteristics,contents and development planning of historical buildings,Lanzhou is going to build a more standardized description system.By using concept of GIS,the basic functions and development of the application,the basic theory of analytic hierarchy process,the process of integration,the concept of historical architecture and the description of the system.Thus building a theoretical solution in the system,canguide the system solutions Implementation;Thirdly,according to empirical research methods,on-site exchange,access to literature 、 survey and other means to obtain the required data in the model.In this paper,the residential area of Lanzhou estuary is taken as the research object,and the relevant data in the second step are obtained and used in the system solution as the basic data of analysis and research.Construct the comprehensive evaluation system of building value,use Yaaph(analytic hierarchy process)and multi-factor superposition analysis.Use Arcgis to calculate the comprehensive value of the building value in the neighborhood,provide quantify,objective and scientific reference for the protection and planning of the historical neighborhood in accordance with.And then according to Arcgis plot out of the neighborhood building,the value of the comprehensive evaluation of the results to propose the protection and planning principles on building blocks.In summary,based on these principles of planning and design,combines with the intelligent monitoring technology,to study area from the overall layout,tourism culture,historical buildings and transportation facilities and other four large levels of six directions on the design and layout.
