Research On The Cost Management Problems Of Huian County Financial Investment Project

The cost management of finance-investment project focus on the projects which make use of the government fund to complete the building of project.It refers to the pre-construction costs,project costs and so on,involving the use of project materials,machinery,manpower,the consumption of various measures cost.Cost management means control and superve the use of project funds.With the continuous improvement of government functions,the financial investment project get more and more attention,this paper is based on the current situation of Huian County financial project cost management.As the local cost management mianly relied on the financial assessment,we can find some problems on that,it has a lot of waste in the design stage,and the risk management of the contract is weak.During the construction of the project,it is common to see the actual cost would be over the budget largily,and the pressure of the cost management among the different departments is unbalanced.All of that would reduce the efficiency of financial funds greatly.According to the whole process of project management and collaborative management theory,we shoud analysis the reasons comprehensively.Doing well in cost management can not be separated from the division and cooperation of all derpaments,improvements on training mechanism,strengthen the information management,strict implementation of the basic project construction rules.By the organize coordination,information collaboration,process collaboration,we can reduce the risk of financial investment assessment and improve the efficiency of financial funds.
