| With the development of urbanization,modern cities have been expanding,followed by a serious urban traffic congestion.Under such circumstances,traffic management department put forward the "Public Transport Priority" development strategy,in recent years,public transport has been vigorously developed.But the synergies between rail transit and bus are not ideal.For example,rail transit line is usually planned and built in the main transport corridor to meet residents travel needs,and before the operation of the rail transit line,there are a large number of bus lines in this area,many of these bus lines and rail transit lines overlap.Due to the lack of timely and effective adjustment,after the opening of rail transit,significant competition between rail transit and conventional bus.This results in a decrease in the efficiency of the public transport system,so we must make adjustments on bus network before the operation of rail transit.This paper first summarized the suburban rail transit and conventional bus lines operating characteristics,then defined the direct and indirect attraction range of rail transit station,selected the bus lines and stations need to adjusted,and divided the traffic area.An adjustment of public traffic network passenger flow OD under the influence of suburban rail transit line was made based on passenger trip utility theory.Based on this,this paper analyzed the topological structure of conventional public transportation network,proposed the adjustment of public transportation network should focus on two aspects: First,the adjustment of existing parallel bus lines in major traffic corridors.Second,setting method of vertical feeder bus lines based on rail transit station.Respectively,use minimum passenger travel cost and the maximum mileage per unit of passenger traffic as the goal to build the optimization model,and the optimal bus-stop distance and connecting bus route were obtained.Finally,based on fuzzy evaluation seven performance indexes of public transportation network were selected to evaluate the performance of the regional public transportation network before and after the adjustment.Taking Guangzhou metro line 6 as an example,after adjustment the bus network performance increased by 29.7%,the result proved the applicability of the method. |
