In today’s society,people’s living standards gradually increased,the number of motor vehicles has increased significantly,more and more motor vehicles lead to frequent congestion on the highway,congestion and other phenomena,which not only restricts the socio-economic development,more seriously affected the people The safety of life and property,these problems,has become the management at all levels need to solve the important things.In order to solve these problems,the use of non-stop charging technology to highlight the great advantages,it can not only effectively improve the smooth and safe operation of the highway transport system,but also has a convenient and efficient resources and other advantages,more and more people Welcome a new technology.The radio frequency identification technology is mainly used in ETC.Through the RF coupling of the RF signal to achieve non-contact information transmission,and then through the processor processing,then the goal is identified through the signal.The radio frequency identification technology is mainly used in ETC has the characteristics of there:it can identify high moving object,multi-target and non-contact object etc.Because it has many excellent properties,such as non-contact characteristics,large storage capacity,faster recognition speed and multi-card recognition,is considered to be one of the most promising science and technology in modern society.In recent years,it has been widely used in expressway import and export and other fields.Based on the analysis of the characteristics,working principle and development trend of radio frequency identification technology,this paper deeply studies and studies the key technology of non-stop charging based on radio frequency identification technology.Based on the characteristics of expressway transportation,this paper designs a high-speed Highway toll collection system,and out of the system process to confirm and the technical indicators to consider the system for a good run test,the initial realization of the highway automatic charging problem.And according to the actual needs of the highway traffic conditions,the charging system in the traffic flow,vehicle inspection performance has been extended to make the system more suitable for modern society.ETC on expressway is conducive to the scientific development of the traffic system,and more responsive to the direction of today’s society.
