| With the rise of intelligent buildings,the market of central air-conditioning has ushered in a broad space for development,which also brings new challenges to the management of central air-conditioning.When central air-conditioning is deployed in intelligent buildings,with the increase in the number of building floors,the system of central air-conditioning becomes larger and more complex,which makes the management and control of central air-conditioning more difficult.In the case of central air-conditioning equipment is difficult to realize supervision,the irrationality of the electricity fee allocation according to the use area is also increasingly prominent,which causes the demand for central air-conditioning household billing mode to become more urgent.Therefore,many intelligent buildings have to add a household billing system for electricity allocation on the basis of the central air-conditioning management and control system.The two systems use the same object,but are independent from each other,which greatly increases the difficulty of central air-conditioning management.At present,how to manage,control and share the cost of central air-conditioning in intelligent buildings is also one of the most important problems worth discussing in the field of intelligent control.This article first discusses the current research status in the two directions of the central air-conditioning management control plan and the electricity fee sharing mode.Then the plan was formulated around the multi-line series central air-conditioning produced by company A,and the management and control function of the central air-conditioning and the billing system were integrated according to its functional requirements.Finally,it is designed from three levels of hardware scheme,software architecture,and billing algorithm,which provides a set of fully functional solutions for the multi-line series central air-conditioning.Embedded platform is used to design the hardware scheme,and peripheral interface circuit is designed around ARM and FPGA.It uses ARM processor as the control core and uses FPGA to develop a 16-channel RS485 interface.Under the condition of ensuring the timeliness of data,it not only expands the access number of central air-conditioning equipment to 4096,but also provides a good hardware environment for obtaining the state information of central air-conditioning equipment.B/S architecture is adopted in the design of software architecture,allowing users to access the system in the Web browser.In the Web server using HTML Web page design,complete graphical user interface of the system.Based on CGI standard for the development of the Web server scripts,the before and after implementing Web interface design,it is a Web side of the form submission,control instruction issued by providing data interaction capabilities.In the optimization of the calculation algorithm,the time metering method is selected,and the power factor of the indoor unit of the air-conditioning is added to the calculation principle based on the use of time to share the electricity fee.It is implemented in the embedded Linux application program,and the function of the central air-conditioning’s calculation allocation,storage and display is completed with SQLite database.At the end of the article,the three functions of system monitoring,remote control,and billing apportioned in the design plan are tested.According to the test results,the analysis and summary are conducted,and the reasons for the errors and the next processing methods and research directions are pointed out.The test results show that the function of the system meets the design requirements. |
