| At present,the construction machinery leasing industry is in a period of vigorous development.In this fierce market competition environment,many problems arise in terms of the management and billing of construction machinery.Construction machinery is prone to failure due to various kinds and complex structure,so it is essential to have remote real-time monitoring of construction machinery.At the same time,most of construction machinery has a high price,so more and more construction machinery manufacturing companies provide rental services to customers.A remote monitoring platform with billing function has become an urgent need to construction machinery manufacturing companies,construction enterprises and banks.This paper presents a cost-effective design of remote monitoring and billing system for construction machinery.The remote monitoring platform takes MSP430F149 as the core and expands many circuit units,such as photoelectric switch module,thin film keyboard module,RS485 bus,GPRS module,RFID module,GPS module and large-capacity data storage module.The remote monitoring platform can have a hign-speed communication with a specific combination of data acquisition modules through the RS485 bus.Finally it can be applied to the specific kind of construction machinery.On the basis of the hardware platform,the software design of the monitoring platform function module is carried out under the programming environment of EW430.In order to have an effective management in condition information and billing information of construction machinery,the design and development of remote management center software and system database is described in this paper.By analyzing the type of data being transmitted,this paper designs a stable remote communication protocol between the monitoring platform and remote management center.System testing chapter of this paper tests the system in terms of monitoring functions,billing functions and software modules functions,and puts forward some improvement plans finally. |
