Research On General Developing Planning Of Road Transportation Terminal In Hebei Province

Road transportation is an important part of the whole transportation,it plays an important role to promote and safeguard our national economy and social development.Road transportation terminal as the important infrastructure for the development of road transportation,its healthy and stability has become an important part to promote the development of road transportation and even the development of whole transportation industry and economy.Based on the economic and social development in Hebei province and current situation of the development of road transport terminal,on the basis of existing research,closely around the problem in the development of road transportation,according to the general logical architecture,paper has did some systematic research of road transportation terminal in Hebei province.This will enrich the theoretical system of road transportation terminal and can also help the development of road transportation terminal in the future.This paper has defined the concept of transportation terminal from the perspective of basic theory,and analyzed the role that transportation terminal played in the road transportation system.The paper has defined the concept of the urban agglomeration and the evolution of it from the perspective of urban agglomeration,especially the mutual coupling relationship between urban agglomeration and the evolution of transportation terminal.This paper has introduced the recent situation of natural,economic and social development in Hebei province,mainly summarized the development of road transportation industry in Hebei province,analyzed the main accomplishments and problems of road transportation industry in Hebei province.Paper has conducted a systematic analysis of current situation and existing problem of road transportation terminal in Hebei province.By using regression analysis method,travel times,growth rate and some other relatively mature forecasting methods,the paper has did some prediction for the development of road transportation terminal in Hebei province and got some data for the planning of road transportation terminal in Hebel province.Combined with the standards of transportation industry,and by compared with that of the domestic relevant similar city,the paper has determined the number and the land scale of road transportation terminal in every city in Hebei province,and separated different types and development planning in 135 road transportation terminals in Hebei province.Finally,this paper has put forward some safeguard measures for the development of road transportation terminal in Hebei province from five aspects,including the organization security,financial security,land security,talent security and system security.
