With the development of power grid and the improvement of infrastructure,the use of monitoring terminal in power grid is more and more extensive.But the function of the distribution terminal is limited,and the transmission network is limited,which can not meet the demand of the smart grid.Power supply enterprises in the smart grid construction,a number of units installed in the District,and these monitors are using GPRS for communication,investment in construction costs and operating costs are too high.Power supply enterprises to better and faster development,we must use a highly integrated low cost intelligent integrated monitoring terminal.In order to achieve the goal of low input and high output,this paper studies the integrated terminal monitoring terminal,analyzes the demand of the power supply enterprise in the research,and integrates the functions of the terminal.The main content of this study is divided into four stages,the first is the functional design of the study,functional design from the enterprise needs,the enterprise needs to investigate,accurate positioning of the various functions of the demand.And then put forward the solution to the demand,from the solution to extract the feasible function design.Followed by the hardware research,according to the functional requirements of hardware selection and combination,through the development of hardware to complete the integration of functions.In this paper,the coordination between the hardware and the overall architecture of the hardware is studied.Finally,the feasibility of the design and development of the terminal hardware circuit is proposed.The main hardware of the device includes a dual operation device,a controller,a memory,an input device and an output device.Again is the software design,through the data acquisition module design,data processing module design,data storage module design,data transceiver and transfer module design to complete the function of the terminal.In the software design,the data is analyzed,and the data is separated from the monitoring and control.At the same time,the control data is encrypted to prevent the invasion of foreign data.In order to improve the universality of the software,the platform is developed in the terminal software design,and the main development tool is eclipse.Finally is the research of the interface,for the realization of a number of functions of the terminal,the terminal interface design has become the key to the terminal.The interfaces of the research include: the wireless network interface,the hardware reading interface,the control interface.Each type of interface is designed to accomplish different functions according to different designs.Wireless network interface complete network transmission,electric table set,terminal voltage and current monitoring,three-phase unbalance monitoring and other functions;hardware to read interface to complete the head end of the current and voltage monitoring,local monitoring,transformer operation condition monitoring,environmental monitoring and other functions;control interface for three-phase unbalanced adjustment,transformer temperature controller,switch off,,capacitor switching back control,real-time video monitoring function.Through the development and application of integrated monitoring terminal,it can reduce the cost of operation and maintenance of power supply enterprises,improve work efficiency,and create economic benefits and social benefits for power supply enterprises.
