Design And Application Of Distribution Automation System In Zhanjiang District

With the rapid development of Zhanjiang electric power grid,the management of Zhanjiang distribution network is facing more difficulties.It's difficult to find and deal with an fault and so on without the automatic technology support.The backward automation level of distribution network is going against the increasing demands of customers for power supply reliability and power supply service.To meet the requirements of distribution network,there's an urgent need to build a new distribution mode and distribution automation and management system to solve this problem.Based on the current situation of Zhanjiang power distribution network,this paper adopts the basic idea of unified planning and step-by-step implementation,and presents the scheme of Zhanjiang power distribution network automation system.First,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the distribution network automation,introduces the basic concepts of distribution automation and the development of distribution automation at home and abroad.Secondly,thepaper introduces the basic situation of Zhanjiang power grid and analyzes the process of fault and method adjustment of 10 kV transmission line with different technical patterns.The paper also introduces the implementation of Zhanjiang distribution automation project,including the detailed analysis and research of the power distribution monitoring and management master station system,with a proposed solution which contains system function,SMS alarm function,real-time data management function,historical data management function and equipment input maintenance function of the master station system program.Detailed analysis of results and benefits is also provided based on the completion of this implementation project.In the end,the construction and application of the project are elaborated,and the problems in the construction of distribution network automation are discussed.The improvement countermeasures are proposed to provide reference for the development of Zhanjiang power network.
