With the development of social economy,the growth of electricity demand and the higher and higher demand for people's life quality,the higher requirements of the reliability of power supply from the power grid are put forward.However,because of the rapid development of economy for the past 30 years in our country,the fast-upgrading power grid,government departments' insufficient emphasis on grid planning,the lack of the unified planning and great changes on planning,urban power grid exists kinds of problems of,which restrict the promotion of power supply quality.In recent years,in order to improve the quality of power supply,power supply companies have conducted network reconstruction in large scale,updated the distribution network equipment,explored the construction of distribution network automation and strengthened the management of operation and maintenance.Such efforts have important effects on the promotion of power grid reliability and power supply quality.However,it's still difficult to solve the existing problems fundamentally,because the reasons of these problems are complex.At home and abroad,some methods have been proposed to plan and construct the power grid and promote the power supply capability and reliability of the grid,such as optimizing the partition for power supply,which has achieved satisfying results.According to the basic conditions in YF,including the development situation of urban economy,industrial policy and city construction planning etc.,this paper carries out the detailed research on medium voltage distribution network planning based on the “grid” distributed power supply.This paper analyzes current economic and social development situation of the study region,regional comprehensive orientation,development goal,land use planning,industrial layout and development strategy.Based on the above analysis,the paper concludes the advantages and disadvantages of present grid,adaptive grid construction principles and connection mode of objective network through analyzing the high and medium voltage system of central urban YF,and it also proposes adaptive network construction guides.In accordance with the relevant planning guides and measure methods,the long-term and the mid-term total and spatial load are forecasted,taking “grid” as a unit.The study of the substation location in the near future and terminal,the calculation of the capacity and power supply range,and programming of the high voltage network is launched and the solutions for the construction of high voltage grid are given.According to the study region's situation and demands of development and construction,the saturated load in objective year and transient spatial load in middle year are forecasted,and the interim scheme is made up.Based on the result of “grid”,the paper clarifies the power supply range of each grid unit in each period,analyzes the characteristics of connection mode of “N supply one reserve” and proposes connection mode which is suitable for the study region.Finally,this paper would focus on practical problems existing in the present production and operation of distribution network and put forward the planning in “grid” with the suggestions on planning implementation steps,so as to fundamentally solve the problems of distribution network and enhance the capability and reliability of power supply.
