| The benefits of BIM are self-evident,it can improve the quality and efficiency of constructive project and cost control.Also it can better implement the constructive project management informatization,accelerate the industrialization and automation.Nowadays,with the BIM’s flourishing development of constructive industry in our country,there will encounter many problems in the process of the BIM application,such as how BIM can maximize efficiency in the project application,how to assess the situation of BIM in the project and BIM application already do this,then how to further development,etc.This article concentrate on how to evaluate degree of BIM application in the project.First,make sure the influence factors of BIM application maturity evaluation for constructive projects.Through analysising literature and interviewing experts build the influence factors of BIM application maturity assessment of construction engineering project preliminarily.It include: technology,organizational process,the contract and standard.On this basis,designed the questionnaire,that can show BIM staffs’ attitude of the importance to various factors,through reliability and validity tests of questionnaire,form the final measurement scale.Secondly,collect and analysis the data of questionnaire,establish BIM application maturity model.Through distributed 151 copies of questionnaires randomly in communication group of BIM technology and Companies of equipped BIM practitioners,determine the attitude of BIM related personnel to various factors when evaluate the BIM application maturity of construction project,research conclusions are:(1)in the technical factors,Compared with the depth of BIM’s function application,The degree of BIM solve the problem of project management and Research and development based on BIM,The details of the model and The degree of data exchange and information sharing is more important;(2)in the organization’s process factors,the importance of various factors,in order that BIM professional level of the project participants,the degree of participation of each participant in BIM application,the deep degree of collaboration between project organizations,workingefficiency based on BIM and the continuous degree of the BIM application;(3)the standard and contract factors,were considered BIM’s standards and regulations is more important than BIM’s contract,experts’ opinion is the opposite.Then use analytic hierarchy(AHP)method to calculate the weight of 12 evaluation indexes,and set up BIM application maturity model of constructive engineering project.Finally,combined with a project case of hospital in Shen zhen,verify and analysis this BIM application maturity model.Data exchange and information sharing ability of the project is poorer,eventually scoring 3.4187 points(Total score 5 points),belongs to the management level,and at the middle level between the stage of collaboration based on the model and the integration phase based on collaboration.And according to the actual level of BIM application in the project,puts forward some Suggestions of further deepening BIM application:(1)improving the BIM professional level of employees;(2)speeding up the research and development of BIM related software;(3)government should guide the formation of BIM standard system actively. |
