| With the rapid development of social aging,the number and proportion of the elderly population in our country is increasing,began to enter an irreversible aging society.Due to lack of resources in our country,family pension to the traditional social transition emerging has become an inevitable trend,as the reception of the elderly with dignity and set up social pension services,pension institutions is becoming the new choice of the elderly pension gradually.With the increase of age,the physiological function of the elderly is deteriorating,and the psychology is also changing.Today,people are not only satisfied with the material needs,the spirit of the demand has also put forward a high demand,the spiritual endowment and psychological comfort has been gradually put on the agenda.How to create a meet the psychological needs of the elderly in the design of the communication space environment,improve the lack of contact space of the pension institutions in China,the elderly psychological needs are difficult to meet,and so on,is the focus of this paper.According to the author’s understanding of the literature and social news,most of the current pension institutions in our country belong to the social welfare facilities,many nursing homes due to the construction of the early years,by the socio-economic development level constraints,pension institutions designed to accept more elderly,for the specific needs of the elderly are few considered,space structure can not meet the modern life style of the elderly,designers pay less attention to the design of communication space,can not be created in the pension institutions in line with the psychological needs of the elderly living atmosphere.On the basis of the theory of architectural research in the past pension institutions,in this paper,the pension institutions in Guangzhou as the main object of study,through the investigation and analysis of the status of the communication space of the pension agency,in consideration of the psychological needs of the elderly pension optimization under the original theory of architectural design,and from the field investigation and case study,the paper sums up the design theory of the communication space of the pension agency,it is expected to be in line with the regional culture and climate characteristics of Guangzhou,to provide valuable reference for the design of the day after the pension agency,it can also improve the design and research system of our country’s old-age building,improve the quality of life of the elderly in the pension institutions. |
