Study On The Layout Planning And Adjustment Strategy Of The Pension Care Institutions In Karst Area Of Southern China

China’s aging situation is very grim,move towards deeply aging.However,the current elderly care service market in China has insufficient vitality.There are still problems such as inadequate development,insufficient effective supply,and low service quality.The growing demand for elderly care services for older people needs to be met.Due to its fragile ecological environment and poor living environment,the economic development of the Karst region in the south of China is at a backward level in the country,the development of the pension industry is lagging behind,the layout is unbalanced and unreasonable,and the survival of the pension institutions is difficult.Therefore,this paper systematically studies the distribution mechanism of the pension industry in this region,which has important guiding significance and use value for adjusting and optimizing the layout of the pension industry in this particular region.According to the related theories,such as industrial economics,industrial layout,system dynamics,etc,and based on the research results on the layout of the pension industry in domestic and foreign academic circles,this article first uses qualitative analysis and the ARCGIS software platform to study the current development and layout situation of the pension industry in the Karst region of southern China.;secondly,analyze the influencing factors that affecting the layout of the pension industry in the region,and establish an index system of the influencing factors;then,use the system dynamics theory to analyze the causality of the internal variables of the pension industry layout system and construct a system dynamics model;Finally,the VENSIM software platform was used for simulation to obtain the interaction and feedback mechanism of the influencing factors in the system,proposed countermeasures to optimize the layout of the pension industry in the region.The research results show that the preliminary framework of the elderly service system in the Karst area of southern China has been basically formed,and a network of support institutions covering all towns and villages in the countryside has been established.The overall distribution pattern of the pension industry is characterized by dense distribution in the southeast and scarce distribution in the central and western regions.It is also scattered at the city level and concentrated at the county level.On this basis,the influencing factors of the layout of the pension industry in the Karst area of southern China were divided into three categories: social factors,economic factors,and natural factors.An evaluation index system for the layout of the pension industry was constructed,a system dynamics model of the layout of the pension industry in the Karst area of southern China was established.According to the simulation results,the influencing factors of the layout of the pension industry in the Karst area of southern China include motivator factors,such as economic factors,infrastructure factors,market demand factors,natural factors,and hygiene factors,such as human resource factors,technical factors,and government factors.Studies results have shown that the government of the Karst area in the southern China should focus on increasing the level of motivator factors and taking into account the level of development of hygiene factors.Finally,this paper proposes strategies to optimize the layout of the pension industry.
