The demand for expressway maintenance is enormous in China,and scientific maintenance planning and decision-making system is conducive to the rational allocation of maintenance funds.The maintenance planning is based on the accurate prediction of the performance decay law,and the most practical one is the statistical regression prediction model.However,in the high level of maintenance area pavement performance is always in good condition.The traditional prediction model is no longer applicable,and the appropriate prediction model should be put forward according to the characteristics of slow degradation of service performance.With the development of maintenance technology,the types of maintenance measures are becoming more and more abundant.It is necessary to study on the decay law of pavement performance after the implementation of different maintenance measures.In addition,in view of the high level of maintenance area,the traditional maintenance decision-making index system has some shortcomings,so it is necessary to put forward appropriate supplementary maintenance index,and guide the rational formulation of conservation measures.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the influence factors of expressway pavement performance are analyzed.Based on the typical decay law of different performance indexes of expressway in Zhejiang Province,PCI and RDI are used as maintenance decision control indexes.Select cosine decay equation and the appropriate maintenance standard,respectively construct the PCI unified prediction model based on road service life and the RDI unified prediction model of expressway with different traffic grade based on Ne.Secondly,study the characteristics and applicability of Zhejiang province expressway common maintenance measures,combined with the maintenance of historical data,obtained different maintenance measures of the typical implementation section,then the typical decay law of performance index after the maintenance measures is confirmed.After that,the influence of maintenance measures,overlay thickness,traffic grade and maintenance stage on the performance decay law of maintenance measures of the typical implementation section was studied.Finally,through the analysis of the existing problems of maintenance decision control index,present three supplementary maintenance indexes based on typical expressway pavement disease,the indexes were 100 meters equivalent transverse crack number,patch area ratio and rutting rate.According to the historical data of expressway maintenance in Zhejiang Province,the maintenance standard of traditional maintenance control index and supplementary indexes is determined.Then,the applicability of the supplementary maintenance index is verified by the specific section.The pavement performance prediction model and maintenance index control system proposed in this study provide the basis for highway maintenance planning in high maintenance area.
