The freeway toll policy is an important source of transportation infrastructure and conservation financing,and it will continue for a long period of time.According to statistics,China has 17983 freeway toll stations.Therefore,it is of great significance to make full use of the toll station data and improve the service level and efficiency of toll stations.Thesis uses the charge data and weighing data from two aspects of the toll station related models to study,to provide support for the management of toll stations.The first part is based on the charge data of the toll station service level estimates.The queuing of the toll station is a dynamic process and it is difficult to obtain the long-term observation data.Based on the deep analysis of the process of the vehicle through the toll station,thesis uses the queuing theory model to estimate the service level of the toll station by calculating the queuing length.Firstly,thesis proposes a rule to judge whether the vehicle is queuing based on the charge data,and extracts the possible queuing data with this rule;Then thesis gives the vehicle arrival model,service time model and departure time model,and gives the calculation of the parameters of the method;Finally,the calculation method of queuing process and queuing length are given.The second part is research on charge weighting algorithm based on multi-quartz sensor.In the thesis,a charge weighting algorithm based on multi-quartz sensor is designed by using axle load data of 8 piezoelectric quartz sensors.The algorithm uses two weighted multi-sensor fusion methods,the first weighting use of the optimal proportion weight to correct estimated values that far away from the true value,where the optimal proportional weight is the result of the state estimate of the variance minimum moment to the sum of estimates and observations ratio.The second weighting calculates the quadratic weight of the fusion process according to the nature of the fixed variance of the sensor.The above model analyzes the actual operation data of the toll station,establishes the service level evaluation of the toll station and the charge weighting algorithm model.The result shows that the method can obtain the service level and real vehicle weight of the toll station quickly and efficiently,the model is valid.
