Research On Water Resource Sustainable Utilization Based On Water Footprint Theory In Zhejiang Province

Water resource is the strategic resource of regional development.More and more attention has been paid to the problem of water resources in Zhejiang.The paper studied the water resources of Zhejiang on the theory of water footprint,by calculating the Virtual water content of main crops in Zhejiang by CLIMWAT2.0 and CROPWAT8.0 software.In addition,the paper analyzed the calculation of crop water footprint,water footprint of livestock products,other industrial water footprint and water footprint of the whole area of Zhejiang province in 2003-2014.As a result,we showed the characteristics of water footprint in the region,evaluated the water resources,analyzed the influencing factors,and put forward the countermeasures.There were differences between the crop virtual water content of each area in Zhejiang Province.Crop water footprint,water footprint of livestock products,the industrial water footprint,other areas of water footprint,total water footprint and water footprint per capita all showed different evolution characteristics,and significant spatial difference.According to the evaluation results,the structure of water footprint in Zhejiang was relatively stable,and the water footprint structure of the south region was better than that of northern region.The effect of water footprint was high,and the spatial difference was significant.The state of development and utilization of water resources in Zhejiang was safe,and the safety of water resources in the south is higher than that in the north.The sustainable utilization ability of water resources was weak,and the sustainable state was unstable.By the method of partial least squares regression analysis of the factors affecting the water footprint intensity,as well as the natural environment in Zhejiang Province,economic development,social culture,science and technology of water resources system,the paper analyzed the factors that influenced the efficiency of utilization of water resources in Zhejiang Province.The results showed there was no obvious relationship between natural environment and water resources utilization efficiency.Economic development,social culture,science and technology,and system of water resources played important roles in water resources utilization efficiency.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of water footprint,the results of water footprint evaluation and the influencing factors of water resources utilization efficiency,the paper draws the conclusion,that we should enhance the consciousness of water resources protection,change the mode of production and life,optimize the industrial product structure,promote the development of water resources of virtual water trade,develop related technology and strengthen management to ensure sustainable utilization of water resources in Zhejiang.
