In recent years,with the rapid development of the transportation industry,the freight transportation demand is increasing.Because of their large size and poor braking ability,delay time is prolonged.Toll-gate congestion has become a comprehensive social issue.The object of study on congestion dissipation is car.Based on the principle of congestion dissipation,control strategies of toll-gate with high occupancy of freight vehicle have been set up.By planning and implementing effective control operation strategy,the freight vehicle impact the toll?gate is reduced,to improve the capacity and efficiency service of toll-gate.According to the freight vehicles data,analyze the current situation and development trend of the freight vehicles.Introduce the main using application software and algorithm.On the basis of queuing time and vehicle delay,the service level of toll gate is divided as the theoretical basis and technical support.Variable speed-limit control is set up.For the view of security,fitting data is obtained by accident rate formula and coefficient of correlation.Combined with computer programming,calculate the speed of the control area for the minimum accident rate.The speed of freight vehicles and rain and fog adverse weather can be modified.Use VISSIM to verify the reasonability of the divided region and the effectiveness of congestion dissipation control strategy.With combinations of ETC,vans diversion,tandem-arrangement,toll-gate structure design is put up.Based on queuing theory and traffic lane changing model,calculate the length of toll plazas with truck as the main object of study.Use VISSIM software to simulate the improved toll gate,to verify the rationality and feasibility of the strategy.Finally,on the basis of the traffic flow characteristics,select parking distance,headway time and safety distance as the optimized parameters.Using MPSA to analyze the importance and SPSA to calculate parameters,set up VISSIM simulation model.According to the calibrated model,the toll-gate capacity is calculated.
