The transmission system delivers engine power and speed to the rator,tailor rotor and other components according to a certain scale,which affects the overall performance of the helicopter.Due to the importance and complexity of transmission,in order to reduce the research funding,improving research efficiency,developing evaluation for advancement and maturity of helicopter transmission system has vital significance theoretically and practically.In this paper,the helicopter drive system is evaluated for the advanced design,performance evaluation and evaluation of the maturity of three aspects of the study.In the study of the advancement evaluation of the design of the helicopter transmission system,the advanced evaluation system of the design scheme is constructed,and the weight vector of individual scheme index is designed;The concept of information entropy is introduced.The optimization model of design scheme evaluation is set up with the aim of minimizing the deviations of the comprehensive evaluation value of the design scheme and the maximum information entropy of the index weight,and obtaining the optimal weight coefficient in the design scheme and selecting the optimal design scheme;By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)as the subjective evaluation method,the weight obtained by the optimized entropy method is combined with the weight obtained by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to get the best scheme.In the study of the advanced performance evaluation of helicopter transmission system,the factor analysis method was used to evaluate the data,and the Bartlett sphericity and KMO test were used.The principal component analysis method was used to extract the common factors of the total contribution rate,and the factor load matrix before and after rotation was obtained;The total score of the performance for each type of transmission system is calculated by factor score,and the scores are ranked and evaluated.In the research of technology maturity evaluation of helicopter transmission system,the steps,criteria and evaluation methods of technology maturity evaluation are given,and the evaluation model of technology maturity is established;Based on the technical maturity level(TRL),nine levels of maturity description are given,and the transmission system is evaluated from four dimensions.and a combination of questionnaire response and comprehensive evaluation is adopted;The total score of the performance of each type of transmission system is calculated by factor score,and the scores are ranked and evaluated.In this paper,the advanced evaluation method of the design scheme of the helicopter drive system and the evaluation method of the advanced performance are developed.
