With the development of our country market economy,especially after joining WTO,the growing and new challenges in the construction industry market competition occurs,how to strengthen and improve the establishment of enterprise internal management system,effectively prevent and avoid the risk of potential problems,how to improve the comprehensive quality of management,to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,how to promote the sustainable development of enterprises and make the enterprise healthy and steady development,those problems are what every operators and managers must consider and eager to solve.Management team of FST construction engineering company has deeply aware of: only by establishing and perfecting the internal management system,strengthening the construction of the project cost management,reduce the project cost,can achieve the benefit maximization,the enterprise has always been in the leading position in the industry.Therefore,the cost management becomes key point of the construction engineering project control and management.This paper is to aim at construction engineering cost management,analyzing the construction project cost management problems,the causes of control and solutions to the problem.First,according to the characteristics of FST construction engineering company,the construction project cost control and management problems were analyzed.The main problem is the internal management and control.Internal management and control is a management method of the enterprise to realize the business objectives,is the method of adjustment by which the enterprise under the condition of the layered management division of Labor,systematically on the organization of the effective activities between the various functional departments,constraints,performance assessment,and,is clear all departments within the enterprise has a complete and systematic mutual contact and coordination management mechanism.The effective cognition will have great function and significance to the internal management of construction project.Second,through analyzing the reasons construction project out of cost control of FST construction engineering company,and points out the reasons: a,the lack of a sound enterprise management system;b,the project cost control and management deficiencies;c,project change and claim management system is not perfect;d,the project process control is not strict.Nowadays China is still a developing country which is relative lack of resources.How to do business people,goods,content management,and make the person do all in its power,make his money can,improve labor productivity,reduce labor and material consumption,in order to achieve good economic and social benefits.The internal management is an important content of construction project management,is a comprehensive index of construction project economic benefits and social benefits,it is directly related to the construction project of the whole economic goal,is a social problem that affects whether the enterprise sustained stable and coordinated development.Therefore,in the process of construction project management,what kind of enterprise internal management and control measures are of important significance and role to the development of the enterprise and even the whole society.
