Analysis Of Water-saving Potential Based On Efficient Use Of Water Resources In Jize

Water shortage of resources has seriously affected the sustainable development of the economy and society of Jize County.In order to alleviate the shortage of water resources in Jize County,and ensure the sustainable utilization of water resources in the process of economic and social development,forecasting the water requirement and taping water-saving potential are very important.These are the foundation and basis for urban water supply,using and water-saving planning.This paper get through the gathering data,visiting research and make test.Based on the current situation and water-saving level of Jize county in 2015,this paper forecast the water demand and water saving potential of Jize county by 2020 and 2030.Meanwhile,analyzed the supply and demand balance between 2020 and 2030.Finally,puts forward some countermeasures to explore the water saving potential of Jize county.These following conclusions are drawn in this paper:(1)The relative water-saving potential of living water in 2015 and 2030 is negative and the government should pay more attention to saving water in the next few years.We will increase the popularity of water-saving facilities in water households,speed up the construction of urban and rural networks,and alleviate the negative growth trend of the potential for water consumption.(2)In the analysis of the water-saving potential of various industries,the potential for water-saving in the industrial and tertiary industries of Jize county is relatively small.Agriculture accounts for the largest proportion of the total water-saving potential of all industries,Therefore,the development of farmland water-saving irrigation will remain the important guarantee for the development of water-saving potential,the construction of water-saving society and the sustainable utilization of water resources during the 13 th five-year plan period.(3)Take the growth rate method and the quota method to forecast the water demand of Jize county in 2020 and 2030.In 2020 and 2030,all kinds of water supply facilities should be improved.We find only P=75% hydrological year type is water shortage,and the other planning level has plenty of water in the year of hydrology.The surplus water reserves can be used in the dry years,so that the water supply in the whole county needs to be balanced dynamically.
