At present,the amount of water resources is low in the eastern part of Handan.It is reflected in three aspects:(1)Due to the increased surface water pollution,resulting in less measurement of surface water resources.(2)In the development and utilization of water resources,process water over squeeze agricultural water.In addition,it is not reasonable allocation of water resources,so that the existing water resources cannot meet the needs of each water department.(3)The south-north water diversion project and the Yellow River into the Han engineering cannot combine organically with local conservancy project,it cannot play out the maximum economic benefit of transfer water and local water.So how to build a matched operation mechanism,to realize multiple water unified scheduling and ensure sustainable utilization of water resources in the eastern part of Handan has become a very important research topic.Based on multi-water resources,different water users,different objectives and uncertain information,interval multi-objective programming model is established based on the interval programming theory,aiming at economic,social and environmental benefits.Then,the uncertain multi-objective programming model is transformed into an uncertain single objective programming model according to fuzzy programming theory.Finally,interactive two-step method is applied to solve the model.It cannot only provide objectively optimal values for multiple objectives at the same time but also effectively offer globally optimal interval solution.Meanwhile,the satisfaction degree related with different objective functions would be obtained.Then,the integrated solving method for interval multi-objective planning is applied to a case study of planning multi-water resources joint scheduling under uncertainty in the eastern part of Handan.The solutions obtained are useful for decision makers in easing the contradiction between supply of multi-water resources and demand from different water users,to achieve the complementary between multi-water resources and different water users,and making decisions of water allocation related with multiple objectives in the eastern part of Handan.
