In the present,with the rapid development of cities and the increasing short of land resources,it has become no longer viable by the traditional method of construction or expansion of roads to solve traffic problems.With this background,intelligent transportation systems came into being.Intelligent transportation system consists of intelligent traffic data collection,intelligent traffic management control and intelligent traffic information service of three parts,which is the basis for intelligent traffic data collection.The task of intelligent traffic data collection is to take real-time monitoring for highway traffic and to send the collected statistical data to the hands of the information needs at the same time,for the purpose of making the decisions for intelligent transportation systems to improve transport conditions and providing an important basis for judging the effectiveness of the decision-making.Currently,there is no special road detection terminal of road traffic parameter acquisition,and the similar information remote publishing platforms almost use the structure of C/S.The low efficiency of the sharing platform can not satisfy the requirements of the repeated use of information resources in today's Internet Era.Based on the above analysis,the topic researches the road information acquisition terminal with parameter information about the vehicle driving safety,such as the road surface temperature and water depth.The research aims to solve the problem of intelligent traffic data collection relying on the Research on Key Technology and System development of traffic information about the basestation.Then these data through the TCP/IP protocol will be sent to the remote server using the internet based on SOPC embedded platform.The server for the received data extraction,classification,and stored in the database will be conducted every minute.Then,the server reads the real-time traffic data in the database,sets up information remote publishing Webpage,releases temperature and water depth of the road condition information,and calls the Web Service to broadcast the weather and fog and haze situation in the current area.In addition,Webpage also call Baidu electronic map API so that users can click on the interested street on the map.The accurate geographical position,the temperature and water depth of the current location that is the point of the interested street will be displayed on the map to facilitate the user's query.The Web page also provides the historical trend of the water depth on the road which makes the public safe travel more convenient and reduces traffic safety hidden danger for the community to share and study.Finally,through the debugging of real system,the designed road information acquisition terminal can collect the obtained road surface temperature,water depth and other parameters through the debugging of real system.In the link of network communication,the server can use the Ping command to link the roadside acquisition terminal.The data that roadside collection terminal sent through the TCP/IP protocol was the same with that received by the server.There is no error and significant delay during transmission.The network communication module can work normally and transport reliably.The test results of the remote information publishing platform show the operations which the database stores and reads normal,all service information of the published pages complete,human interface,the functions of the map achieves perfect.Finally,it achieves the subject index that the system works normally,runs stably and achieves the expected various functions.
