Research On Schedule Management Of Public Welfare Construction Project

Along with economic development,the government investment of public welfare projects significantly improved the living standards of citizens,and the level of material,spiritual and cultural pursuit and height.National comprehensive considering current situation of the development of society in the 1980 s,the planned economy to market economy,set up the overall direction of economic development,and economic developmen directly increase the fiscal revenue of local governments,every year,governments would come up with a certain proportion of funds for public welfare construction engineering projects.Therefore,the public construction project since the beginning of the planned,have been given the emphasis and attention,project progress as an intuitive judgment standard,is bound to become the core content of project management.This paper,taking a project schedule management as an example,gives out the shortcomings of the management work by analyzing the causes of schedule delay,gives some Suggestions from the characteristics of the project.First,summarize the research background and research status of this proposition,expound the related theory of project schedule management;Secondly,give the situation of the Elderly Activity Center,this paper use the work breakdown structure WBS task decomposition layer by layer,and uses the network planning making the progress plan,find the critical path;Once again,combining the reality construction schedule,for the node with foundation construction was completed,the crossing graph comparison method is adopted to the early stage of the project comparison checking on the schedule,summarizes the influence of the time limit for a project tempo:Finally,by adjusting the schedule and taking effective measures to ensure the the project's development,the target is basically realized.In this article,this paper expounds the commonweal common problems that exist in the construction engineering project schedule management,using data affect the progress of the key points,and puts forward the Suggestions,and finally improves the progress management level,to satisfy the use requirement,and practical work to provide reference for the similar project schedule management.
