| With the development of economy,China has already become a big country of automobiles.In order to realize the transformation to a strong contry of automobiles,it is necessary to develop new energy vehicles,which is also a strategic measure to deal with climate change and promote green development.As an important guarantee for the development of new energy vehicle industry,the construction and management of charging facilities are extremely important.State Administration for Market Regulation has listed charging piles as compulsory verification measuring instruments.However,at present,the verification of charging piles requires inspectors to carry a large number of equipment to the site,which not only has low verification efficiency,but also consumes huge manpower and financial resources.In order to solve the above problems and realize the online status monitoring of DC charging facilities,this paper designs and develops an online monitoring terminal.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the verification regulations of current DC charging facilities,the functional requirements of the online monitoring terminal are defined and the corresponding scheme is designed.The online monitoring terminal collects the charging data and environmental data of the DC charging facility when it is working,and stores the above multidimensional data into the local memory card,and then transmits it to the online monitoring platform through the 4G network for the verification personnel to monitor the working state of the DC charging facility online.(2)The on-line monitoring terminal is designed by modules.STM32F105 chip is used as the main controller.CAN bus module collects the working charging data of DC charging facilities.SI7021 temperature and humidity sensor and MQ-2 smoke sensor collect the working environment data of DC charging facilities,and Micro SD card carries out multi-dimensional data storage.SIM7600 CE is used as 4G module for multi-dimensional data transmission.According to the functional requirements of the online monitoring terminal,the hardware circuit of the above modules is designed reasonably,and the software program is written by Keil μVision5 platform to make the entire online monitoring terminal more economical and efficient.(3)An online monitoring platform for the status of DC charging facilities is designed to verify whether the actual function of the online monitoring terminal is consistent with the theoretical design.The function test and whole pile experiment of the online monitoring terminal were carried out in Jiangxi Electric Power Research Institute.The experimental results show that the designed online monitoring terminal meets the basic requirements of online monitoring of DC charging facilities. |
