North China's rapid economic growth as an important industrial base of our country in recent years,the rapid development of high energy consuming industries,power demand,the power gap continues to increase,North China hydropower resources,mainly in thermoelectric power engineering construction.The construction of water of thermal power project is particularly important,the selection of water supply scheme is scientific and reasonable,directly affect the completion of the project can achieve the desired effect,and meet the needs of the national political and economic construction.Therefore,must be in the early stage of construction of thermal power project of water supply scheme from the aspects of economy,technology,environment and society of the selection of indicators and comprehensive optimization scheme of scientific and reliable method is reasonable,from the alternatives selected the optimal overall effect and feasible scheme to implement.This thesis combines the characteristics and present situation of water resources in North China power engineering project construction,analyzes the determinants of water supply project construction,and discusses the principle and necessity of the optimization of water supply scheme.Secondly,the thesis sets up a comprehensive,systematic and practical evaluation index system,which is based on the principles of water resources,economy,technology,environment and society.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the index weight of the evaluation index system,and a multi-level fuzzy optimization model for the decision making system of water supply scheme is established.Then,based on the research of water supply project of Tianjin city relocation chentangzhuang power plant as an example,a comprehensive analysis of four alternatives and preferred inspection,constructing evaluation index system is feasible,the established evaluation model is widely used.The evaluation system and optimization model of the index system,make research on Optimization of water supply scheme of cogeneration project in North China and related projects is more simple and convenient,so that the whole project decision-making to realize standardization and scientific,has important practical significance.
