Research On Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Assembly Building Based On AFD

With the support of national policy and the development of the construction industry,prefabricated construction has become a priority among priorities for future development of the construction industry,building on the aspects of economy,society and environment is directly related with the change of the development of the national economy and people's way of life.But compared with the standard system abroad,China building policy system and method of corresponding technology is still in the stage of continuous improvement,the basic conditions of production technology is relatively backward in China based on the development of overseas systems and technical equipment can not be fully applicable to the corresponding.In order to avoid the uneven construction projects caused by the upsurge of assembly building,it is of great significance to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of prefabricated building for the overall development of prefabricated building.This paper describes the present situation of building assembly at home and abroad and the existing problems,on this basis,systematically introduces the prefabricated construction related basic theory and related evaluation methods,the comprehensive benefit analysis of assembly architecture from the perspective of the whole life cycle,constructing the evaluation index system,according to the correspondence analysis hierarchy analysis method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and data envelopment analysis method combined with AFD method and system structure evaluation model,which can be qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators together the data envelopment analysis,but also overcome the dependence on objective data in data envelopment analysis is predicated on the effectiveness of DEA.Through the model evaluation to judge whether the project is in the effective frontier,and according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle to sort the advantages and disadvantages of the project.Finally,combined with some existing assembly building examples,the comprehensive benefit analysis is carried out.The results of this study can be assembled some qualitative data and quantitative data in the evaluation of building effective unify for the feasibility and maneuverability of the proposed guidance,but also optimize the development for the construction industry to provide the corresponding reference assembly.
