| According to UNEP data analysis,the carbon emissions generated by the entire life cycle of the building account for 30% of the total global carbon emissions,and the energy consumed accounts for 40% of the total energy consumption.Significantly reducing the energy consumption of buildings and promoting new ultra-low-energy green buildings are the only way to solve energy and environmental problems.Passive building is a new design concept with high efficiency,energy saving and emission reduction.It has been piloted and promoted in typical provinces of China and included in the construction plan of Xiong’an New District.At present,research on passive houses mainly focuses on construction acceptance criteria,energy consumption analysis,material analysis,and technical research.How to accurately judge the economics and comprehensive benefits of passive construction projects from the perspective of life cycle is an important issue that investment planners pay great attention to in investment decision-making.Therefore,constructing a set of scientific and reasonable passive buildings economic and comprehensive benefit evaluation system is of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the promotion and application of passive buildings.This paper analyzes the development of passive buildings,the status quo of related research and the existing problems of the existing evaluation system.It summarizes the related theories of passive buildings and incremental cost of life cycle,and constructs the life cycle economic evaluation of passive buildings.Based on the 65% energy-saving buildings constructed in the same period of the same period,the model analyzes and designs the incremental cost and incremental benefit models of the passive building life cycle,and then determines the economic evaluation method model of the passive building project;the passive house project is constructed.The comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model analyze the difference between passive house and 65% energy-saving building from four aspects of economy,society,environment and technology,design passive building comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation standard,and use improved analytic hierarchy process.Determine the weight of the calculated index,and comprehensively evaluate the grade of the passive building based on the gray clustering evaluation model of the triangular whitening weight function.Using the economic evaluation and comprehensive evaluation model established in this paper,the Qinhuangdao ―in the water side‖ passive building project case was carried out.Empirical research Research results show that the passive construction project economically viable,which improve the environment,reduce energy consumption enormous benefit,evaluation rating of excellent.The passive building engineering evaluation model constructed in this paper can effectively unify some qualitative analysis and quantitative data in passive building evaluation,and conduct economic evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of such projects from the perspective of life cycle.Provide a basis for assessing investment returns. |
