As a new construction mode,assembly building has been greatly improved in energy saving and emission reduction,civilized construction,environmental protection,reducing wet operation on construction site and reducing pollution and waste on site.However,the construction cost of assembled buildings is generally higher than that of traditional cast-in-place buildings,which hinders the development of assembled buildings in China.Therefore,by analyzing the comprehensive benefits of assembly buildings,a set of feasible evaluation methods for the comprehensive benefits of assembly buildings are put forward,which is conducive to the promotion of assembly buildings by the government and the construction industry and the realization of building industrialization.Firstly,the current development of assembly building is summarized,and the research status,characteristics and advantages of assembly building benefit are analyzed.Then,the cost-benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit of assembly building are sorted out,and the evaluation method of comprehensive benefit of assembly building is determined,which provides a theoretical basis for comprehensive evaluation.From the perspective of economy,society and environment,the evaluation index system of comprehensive benefit of assembly building is constructed.From the perspective of the whole life cycle of the building,the economic benefit indicators can be divided into profit-based and cost-based ones;environmental benefits can be considered from the surrounding building environment,the impact of building life and the health of residents;combined with social benefits such as social labor force,construction industry development and recycling of building materials,a total of 20 evaluation indicators are selected.Finally,a comprehensive benefit evaluation model of assembled buildings based on whitening weight function is established,and the evaluation criteria are determined.Applying the evaluation model to the actual case,the comprehensive benefits of assembly construction and traditional construction are compared,and the excellent grade of the case is evaluated.Figure 11;Table 14;Reference 72.
