Research On The Relationships Among The Construction Unsafe Behavior

In the social environment of high-speed economic development,the production and living of people affected by the construction safety accident.Unsafe behavior as an important factor of safety accidents,be widely concerned.However,factors of unsafe behavior were researched from the perspective of workers themselves and organizational environment,few studies the unsafe behavior of impact between themselves.Therefore,the thesis on the perspective of unsafe behavior themselves to analysis the interaction relationship among all kinds of unsafe behavior,key unsafe behavior were found,and the unsafe reaction chains and bridge nodes are found.Finally find focus for the safety management.In this thesis,based on existing research unsafe behavior be divided into unsafe management behavior and unsafe operation behavior,the unsafe management behavior be divided into unsafe design behavior and unsafe control behavior.21 kinds of unsafe behavior are identified by the method of nomination and snowball technique,and literature research.On the basis of literature research,to build the concept model of unsafe behavior,through the questionnaire survey to obtain network data,using social network analysis method to build relational network model of unsafe behavior,analysising the structure characteristics of the network,the node centricity,influence and condensing subgroup,and get the key unsafe behavior and accident reaction chain.Research show that the network has a higher risk,two classes,a total of seven key behaviors are identified,respectively is affect and be affected,such as the irrational setup of production safety management institution and the improper design of safety inspection supervision system,and work in unsafe position,tools and equipments used incorrectly.Behavior reaction chains that the irrational setup of production safety management institution led to errors in supervision and direction on condition,were also identified.Behavior such as the irrational setup of production safety management institution,tools and equipments used incorrectly can serve as bridge nodes.The results show that key nodes of unsafe behavior can make up behavior reaction chains,and bridge nodes can be linked to form unsafe behavior network which has a high risk.This thesis expands the application of social network analysis methods in the study of construction reveals the key unsafe behaviors and the accident reaction chains.
