Now,as the high-speed development of the society,gradually scarcity and high prices of conventional fossil fuels,Lead to looking for green,safe,efficient energy becomes a top priority?In china,solar energy resources as a renewable not only resource widely distributed,and is rich in resources;Relative to the nuclear power plant and thermal power station,solar photovoltaic plant has the advantages of safety,green,convenient etc,The development of new energy is also an important component of China's energy development strategy,our government attaches great importance to it,both The state planning commission?ministry of science and technology about further support for renewable energy development about the problem[1999]no.44 and The People's Republic of China renewable energy law amendment the implementation of in April 1,2010,have explicitly encourage the development of new energy power generation and energy saving projects.As a consequence,positive development and utilization of renewable energy,replace part of coal with photovoltaics,appropriate to reduce foreign energy depends on pressure,it' s important to improve the power of the local structure and the path of the sustainable development of the energy.It is in this context of this thesis to start research work,combined with the jianzha county in qinghai province 30 megawatts grid photovoltaic power generation project for photovoltaic power station of project risk management research.Based on the theory of risk evaluation and combining the grey analytical hierarchy process,have carried on the risk identification to the photovoltaic power station from the early development to the end of the completion of the whole construction process,separately risk analysed of the possibility of six kinds of risk,22 classes small risk,and according to the grey analytical hierarchy process to construct the mathematical model is used to evaluate the degree of risk,recommendations to evade the risk of comprehensive evaluation results.This paper mainly completed the following work?1?By the method of Delphi and field investigation,identify the risk and establish the risk list to the risk factors on construction of photovoltaic power station,2?According to experts' ratings on risk factors,to construct the risk assessment model by the grey analytic hierarchy process,comprehensive evaluation of risk factors,3?According to the actual situation and the risk of project feasibility opinions are put forward.Photovoltaic power station construction conforms to the strategic planning of energy sustainable development in the 21st century,and is to protect the environment,circular economy development mode,the embodiment of the construction of a harmonious society,meanwhile,It have big significance to the promotion of solar energy utilization and photovoltaic industry development,have a reasonable economic benefits and remarkable social benefits.But,as a result of the photovoltaic power station itself characteristics of oneness,long cycle,large scale,it will encounter a lot of unknown risks in the process of construction.In this paper,I hope can provide risk aversion on construction of photovoltaic power station of decision support and reference combined with the actual case?...
