Large-scale distributed energy grid-connected operation is an effective way to solve the problems of the current electricity supply tension and environmental pollutions.But the distributed power generation is mostly in the independent management state,there is no effective exchange of information between the distribution network and the distributed power generation system.The protection of the distributed power generation itself is not coordinated with the power grid side,which is not conducive to the overall management and failure of the distribution network fast isolation.At the same time distributed energy access equipment control system by the equipment manufacturers to develop their own information collection and processing and abnormal control strategy is simple and not common.In order to realize the data sharing and exchange between distributed generation and power grid and management system,it is necessary to establish a standard and open information model.IEC61968 and IEC61970 standard respectively describe the Application Programming Interface(API)of the Distribution Management System(DMS)and the Energy Management System(EMS),and define a Common Information Model(CIM)for the power system.However,there is no model of distributed generation in the existing CIM model,which affects the data sharing and exchange between distributed generation and grid management systems.Therefore,the full expansion of distributed power generation in CIM is an urgent problem to be solved after a large number of distributed power distribution networks.This paper first studies the IEC61968 standard application scope and use method.Based on fully understanding and mastering the CIM modeling representation in the IEC61968-11,the paper introduces the Unified Modeling Language(UML),Extensible Markup Language(XML),and the Resource Description Framework(RDF),which are commonly involved in CIM applications.A common CIM extension method is proposed.The method uses the inheritance method to create new classes on the basis of the original class,and can keep the original structure of the model to the maximum extent,can easily carry out CIM expansion of power information,has a very good versatility and practicality.Then,the CIM expansion model of distributed photovoltaic(PV)and wind power generation system is established by extending the the canonical CIM to meet the demands of distributed production and distribution operation.At the same time,in order to reasonably transmits model data and informations of distributed generation between different systems such as EMS,Supervisory Control and Data Acquisiton(SCADA)and production management system,and reflected the operation and management of distributed generation system,the CIM for information interaction of distributed generation is extended.Compared with the existing distributed CIM expansion,the CIM model is more suitable for the real-time operation data of distributed power generation in our business units.The extended class is more perfect and the class attribute description is also very practical.It contains the distribution of power generation,distribution operation of the distributed power generation operation control all the information needs.Finally,the extended distributed generation CIM model is applied to the large data analysis application platform of the distribution network,which realizes the uniqueness of the data source,the uniformity of the data format and the good sharing ability,and can effectively manage and integrate the PV and wind power generation ontology information,telemetry,status,and troubleshooting information.
