The Research Of Architecture Design On Urban "one-stop Shop" Community Center

Being with the carrier of people’s life,the city’s importance of this point is increasing.With the development of urbanization,more people will live in the city.The point is coming: how do the city make the life better? We are in the “crossroad” of the urban construction.Now we have come to pass a top-down shift.With the broadcast of Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Further Strengthening the Work of Urban Planning,Construction and Administration in the beginning of this year,we will not construct closed residential area but chose to promote the block system.It means that we will give up Modern Urban Construction Model and turn to adapt the New Urbanism ’s Community-based City.So the biggest innovation of the thesis is to put forward systematic discoursing and the corresponding design strategy in the historical period of the city construction model changing.In the chapter two of the thesis,the paper explains some basic definition: what is community center,what is “one-stop shop” community center,what is the factors of occurring and what is general characteristics.Based on these,the paper discourses the mainstreams of “one-stop shop” community center.In the chapter three of the thesis,the paper researches the current problems of public service facilities in domestic urban residential area.Clearing the problems of public service facilities in the domestic urban residential area,and clarifying the reasons.In the chapter four of the thesis,the paper puts forward the design strategy for the “one-stop shop” community center under the background of promoting the block system.In the chapter five of the thesis,the paper prospects the future of “one-stop shop” community center and puts forward the Adaptable design strategy.
