Research On Qube Hotel Project Management Based On BIM

With the technical innovation for the development of the world within the scope of the customer service requirements continue to increase,which makes the construction industry increasingly fierce competition,in this huge pressure,the process of digital information in the construction industry continues to accelerate.According to the actual needs of China’s construction projects at the present stage,as well as the positive guidance and advocacy at the national level,BIM technology is constantly applied to various types of Engineering entities.BIM technology presents a virtual model of the proposed project includes the spatial position and size,component layout and so on important information,if the design changes in the construction process,only need to change parts in the model related changes,the corresponding structure of the associated parts will be adjusted automatically,it will revise the drawing workload greatly reduced.At the same time,BIM technology can multi-level collision check,and in the process will create drawings of model of the fault leakage,touch,missing,the problems of heavy check out,can be corrected in the construction before,to avoid unnecessary losses caused rework.In addition,BIM technology can be used for construction simulation,and the virtual model is associated with the Project file,and the time setting of the component can display three-dimensional visualization construction,so as to guide the site specific operators.BIM technology can also be all kinds of change,cost and duration of the information included in the model,the adjustment model of latitude,forming the project cost,payment database,in order to achieve effective control of the project cost.After application of BIM at home and abroad a large number of successful projects,all using the technique of feedback to obtain satisfactory results,which fully demonstrates the practicability and superiority of BIM technology,its application prospect in the construction project will become more and more broad.In this paper,the QUBE Hotel project case,key research in construction management and cost management in BIM project construction stage of practical application,provides information management methods and means for scientific and efficient for the project construction.
