In recent years, the rapid development of C hina’s high-speed rail has impacted on road passenger transport, road passenger flights that paralleled high-speed rail have reduced obviously. At the same time, with the popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of e-commerce, express delivery develops fast, the volume ranked first in the word in 2014. The contradiction between the huge demand of express delivery and the reducing flights because of high-speed rail is irreconcilable, which makes some road passenger transport enterprises try to form small-package express alliance to share resources, develop markets and improve their efficiency. In the current, the small-package express alliance for road passenger transport is in the stage of exploration, which lacks mature management experience on many key issues, the income distribution of alliance is one of the issues. The establishment of a fair and reasonable income distribution mechanism is the key issue to the alliance. Therefore, the paper absorbs domestic and foreign researches, and has a thorough study to the income distribution of small-package express alliance for road passe nger transport in order to provide reference for practical application.The paper discusses the basic theory related to small-package express alliance of road passenger transport systematically, which includes concept, features, operation mode, processes, transport mode of small-package express and its alliance, then analyses advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, necessity and feasibility of the alliance. On this basis, the paper analyses concept, significance, guidelines, principles and factors o f the income distribution of alliance, then determines the idea of the income distribution of alliance based on output shared mode by comparing different income distribution modes and considering the aliance’s features.Based on above idea and the features of the alliance, the paper measures the alliance member’s contributions through respective task quantity and quality, then establishes the composite model for the income distribution of alliance based on factors such as investments, contributions and risks, and determines the weight of the factors by AHP. The model is more applicable and reasonable for the income distribution of small-package express alliance of road passenger transport.
