The elevatory concentration of serum bilirubin due to Abnormal metabolism of bilirubin can lead to Infants jaundice.Infants are only allowed to have jaundice when they are in hospital,one method is traditional venous blood or trace blood test,and the other method is transdermal bilirubin test.The former method will bring some pain and skin damage to infants,increase the chance of bleeding and infection,and add a lot of work and difficulties to the medical workers.The instrument of the latter scheme has the disadvantages of large volume,high power consumption,single function,high cost and so on.It is only suitable for use in hospitals,and is a single artificial judgment of nurses.The two methods are not convenient for infants to be monitored after discharge,and the infant's health is at great risk.The paper first analyzes the principle of jaundice detection,compares the advantages and disadvantages of several jaundice detection methods,and presents a jaundice measurement scheme with color sensor as the core.At the same time,the software design should be added to expand the function of the whole system to realize the full cycle detection of infant jaundice,automatic warning and family use.In device selection and circuit design,based on the use of color sensors,the optical structure is simplified in the signal acquisition stage,and the cost,volume and power consumption are reduced.In the selection of other devices,in addition to the realization of the function,the devices with small volume and low power consumption are chosen as far as possible.In software design,in order to achieve the aim that Infant jaundice is monitored throughout the cycle,the abnormal condition is automatically judged to alarm,the instrument is convenient for ordinary families,we add some function such as graph display and analysis and judgment for jaundice data,and it can give some advice according to analysis of the conditions.At the same time,the recorded data can be transferred to the network cloud to realize remote diagnosis or big data analysis.The application of software function is not only helpful to the baby's monitoring after the baby is discharged from the hospital and in the remote area,but also can implementation the statistics and analysis of the data for the national or regional jaundice and so on.In the previous experiments,the overall function of the system was tested,and the function of the system was preliminarily verified,which achieved the expected effect and laid the foundation for the clinical experiment of the next step.
