Research On The Protection And Development Of The Middle East Railway History And Cultural District Of Zhalantun

The Zhalantun Middle East railway is the historical and cult ural blocks which was developed against the Middle East railway construction in the late 19 th century and early 20 th centur y.It is also one of the city's most distinctive elements.The layout of the block space planned in the railway period has been used to nowadays and maintained its original form and style.It is the second batch of autonomous regional historical and cultura l districts published in Inner Mongolia.Blocks in the Middle East railway buildings more concentrated and the overall style is relatively complete and it is the seventh batch of cultural relic protection units released by the state(merged to the sixth batch).At the beginning of the historical and cultural blocks construction is used for the Russian nobility to play and have rest.Blocks as the important carrier of historical culture,well presented Russia's architectural culture and historical information but also inevitably faced the function block problem at the same time,such as aging and vitality of the recession.Based on this background,this article is basis of the field research,combined with the architecture,city planning,and other muft i-disciplinary knowledge on the protection of cultural relics.From the blocks for the construction of the background,history,current situation and characteristics to provide theoretical basis for block protection and characteristic continuance.explore the ro le of the blocks in the city and play function,then discusses the blocks in the process of the protection and development feasible technical operation routes.This paper mainly inquires into the following three aspects:The first part,is the overview of the historical and cultural blocks of Zhalantun Middle East railway basic condition.Mainly from geographic condit ions,climate and resources,humanities environment construction background of objective factors such as narrative blocks and these factors is the basis of the historical block form;Blocks the development of the process of evolut ion in different periods,and on the basis of field investigation,analyzed the present situation and problems of the block of main factor.The second part,is mainly in analyse and summarize of the historical and cultural blocks characteristics of Zhalantun Middle East railway.Block parcel form,planning layout,spatial texture characteristics,and further induces blocks in the streets,landscape,building the characteristics of the three elements.In addition,the historic blocks in analysis of various factors affecting residents living emotion,so that targeted on subsequent to block the protection and development of the research.The third part,according to the historical and cultural blocks of Zhalantun Middle East railway characteristics and status of current problems,according to the relevant regulations and laws,in order to solve the existing problems as the primary purpose,without changing block style as the basic principles and according to the actual situation of blocks to explore the protection and development strategies to carry on the design practice.Through the study of the protection and development of the historical and cultural blocks of the Middle East Railway in Zha lantun,it can be more thorough to comb and discuss the context and humanistic information of the block,so as to put forward the suggestions for the function and possible development direction of the block in the process of urban development and renewal,and try to give the protection and development of the block.The feasibility plan provides reference for the development of historical blocks in the area.
