Urban rail transit is the main artery of urban traffic,which connects the important social,economic and cultural nodes of the city.The rail transit station is the core of rail transit and is the center of urban passenger flow distribution.The central site is the most complex site in the orbital site.It has the characteristics of high concentration of traffic and activity,which exacerbates the contradiction between space and description.Nowadays,the comprehensive development of rail transit construction and surrounding areas and the development of superstructures have become one of the consensuses for the successful development of rail transit at home and abroad,and the combination of site and commercial space is one of the most important development directions.Therefore,in order to improve the performance of the central site space based on the development of commercial space integration,the period is reasonably fully developed and utilized,and it needs to be considered and explored in the context of insufficient research.At present,there is still a lack of mature experience and methods for the evaluation of the center of the rail transit center,especially the central site based on commercial space integration.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct more in-depth systematic research on this type of site.This study takes the rail transit center-type site based on commercial integration as the research object.Through the evaluation of its spatial performance,it judges this type of integration according to whether the various index elements affecting the space use have high use efficiency.Whether the use of city-centric site space is reasonable.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it can be used as a reference and reference for the planning,construction and optimization of central site based on commercial space integration development in the future.Firstly,based on the integrated business classification method,the central site is divided into two types: underground commercial center site and urban integrated center site site,and explores the characteristics of its spatial structure and customer popularity level.Then adopt the research method of “evaluation subject-target expectation-indicator element”,conduct research on the two evaluation subjects of passengers and customers,determine the target expectations of the ontology,and supplement the relevant literature research to establish a center based on commercial space integration development.A set of basic indicator elements for site site performance evaluation.Then,the key and quantifiable factors are selected from the basic feature set,and the spatial performance index system hierarchy framework based on the overall layer,system layer,factor layer and indicator layer is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process software is used to assign weights to various indicators,and the indicators are trended and dimensionlessly processed in a scientific and reasonable way.The spatial performance evaluation index system of the central site based on commercial space integration development covering 4 major systems,10 factors and 27 indicators was obtained.Finally,taking Chengdu as an example,Tianfu Square Station and Chunxi Road Station were selected as empirical research objects.The data collected in the field were used to evaluate the spatial performance of the two sites,and corresponding optimization suggestions were proposed.
