| With the development of urbanization,the resettlement resident problem comes in the process of activity such as commercial housing development,urban public infrastructure project development,urban village reconstruction,urban expansion,new urban development.How to properly arrange the resettlement residents is the key factor to maintain social stability and the healthy development of the economy.Beijing's population fast growth and high density,as urban construction land expanded rapidly,the resettlement resident problems are typical and various.Further research the application of technical measures in the designing,improve the quality of resettlement resident housing is of great significance.This study takes resettlement resident housing in Beijing of technical measures as the research object,the ways of literature study,field research and questionnaire survey,then based on the theory of residential area planning,architecture design,landscape design and humanistic sociology,making the analysis and discussion of planning and design principles,and sum up its technology of affecting the resettlement resident housing of technical measures to research and application.Through the application of technical measures to improve residential micro climate comfort.Through the precise design in housing to promote living comfortability,with the application of new materials and new technology in the unit design to promote green energy-saving technology.Through the BIM technology and standardized design,promote the development of construction industrialization,promote the transformation of construction industry.Then take Machikou resettlement resident community in Changping District as an example to further discuss the application of technical measures.Eventually the study hope to provide basis for resettlement resident housing related policy setting,to provide data support for the housing rights and other rights of farmers in the process of urbanization. |
