Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in aerospace,CNC machine tools and robotics because of its simple structure,high costper formance,high power factor and wide speed range.The application of permanent magnet synchronous motor depends on its control technology.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor.As the permanent magnet synchronous motor is a multivariable,strong coupling and non-linear complex system,the traditional PID controller can not meet the high performance drive requirements of its control system.Therefore,based on the traditional PID control,The group of intelligent algorithms-Drosophila algorithm combined with traditional PID control,which is applied to the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system to achieve the purpose of improving its control performance.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,according to the principle of coordinate transformation,the mathematic model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established.By analyzing its mathematical model,the vector control strategy is selected and the space velocity vector width modulation method(SVPWM)is used to realize the permanent magnet synchronous motor In this paper,the Drosophila algorithm is used to optimize the speed loop PID controller of PMSM control system.The algorithm is used to optimize the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,Thereby improving its control performance.Secondly,the simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system based on Drosophila algorithm is established in MATLAB / Simulink,and it is carried out without load with the traditional PID control permanent magnet synchronous motor control system at(1)given speed,(2)sudden load,(3)a given load,changing the speed of these three cases,the simulation experiment comparison,the simulation results show that: based on Drosophila algorithm to optimize PID control of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system with overshoot Small,fast response and anti-interference ability and so on.Finally,this paper chooses TI TMS320F2812 chip as the control core,and completes the hardware design and software design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system based on Drosophila algorithm optimization PID parameters.The main block diagram of the system hardware design is given,and the main control circuit,the driving circuit and the detection circuit of the system are designed.The main program,the interrupt program and the main function moduleprogram are designed.
