Fused deposition modeling(Fused Deposition Modeling,FDM)rapid prototyping process is one of the most widely used at domestic and foreign.In the fused deposition modeling process,configuration process parameters will directly affect the quality of molded parts.This article process through a large number of the molded part quality analysis and research,by orthogonal test process test,the process of molding parameters were optimized.First,the factors shaping quality of principle into error and error process of the two categories,and the main factors put forward solutions,provides a basis for improving the quality of molded parts.Secondly,the selected layer thickness,fill pattern,and extrusion speed of the main factors analysis and research.Thickness of the layered,stratified adaptive algorithm is studied,using the secondary development CURA slicing software,and a printing process using the G-code Simulation software simulation parts found: adaptive slicing compared to and other hierarchical layer thickness can save about 13% of the production time,while the surface quality can be increased 30%;Aspect fill style,fill style commonly used seven theoretical analysis,the amount of deformation and warpage of molded parts each time fill pattern corresponding to comparative tests to select the optimal path to the molded mass Hilbert curve;Extrusion speed,using the finite element method to solve flow of material in the molten state in the flow channel of the nozzle using CATIA software modeling using Workbench mesh to mesh the software,then the software FLUENT simulation analysis,found: the higher the extrusion velocity,the greater the pressure at the outlet;extrusion speed is too fast,the heating time is short in the melt flow channel,insufficient melting of the melt,resulting in interlayer separation;extrusion speed too slow,a long heating time in the melt flow channel,excessive melting of the material,the wire can not be accumulated state control.Finally,in order to obtain the optimal combination of process parameters,the orthogonal test design.Layered part thickness,extrusion rate and nozzle temperature of the warpage of the three factors,the measurement of the workpiece with different process parameters coordinate analysis of different combinations of process parameters using analysis of variance and FIG Range Effect on molding quality,and found that: the optimal combination of factors in the test herein is premised layer thickness 0.1mm,extrusion speed of 15 mm / s,the head temperature of 230 ?;most influential factor is the quality of the molded layer thickness;X less than Y-axis variation amount of the warpage amount of warping deformation,so the longer edge of the part corresponding to the Y-axis direction can be reduced to a molding error.Providing the reference to fused deposition molding process to improve the quality.
