High-speed railway has been developing continuously in recent years and the use of EMU has become more and more extensive.With the increase of mileage and time of operation,the operation quality of EMU will decrease.The poor operation quality can aggravate the damage to the key parts of the train,which can also cause damage to the railway line and even cause a serious accident.Therefore,the maintenance and management personnel of EMU pay special attention to the operation quality of the EMU.The vibration acceleration sensor is not installed on the CRH2 EMU,which can only be judged by the perception of the people on the vehicle during the operation of EMU,the vibration of EMU can not be quantitatively detected in real time,Therefore,it is necessary to develop a set of operational quality detection equipment which is suitable for operation and maintenance management of EMU.The vibration data and analysis results obtained by the detection equipment can provide an important basis for the evaluation system of EMU operation quality,the stability and safety of EMU operation and the fault diagnosis and elimination of EMU.In the railway transportation production,the obvious social and economic benefits can be achieved.First,based on the concept of virtual instrument and NI CompactRIO embedded hardware platform,the paper designs and develops EMU operation quality detection equipment(including detection and evaluation system software).Through the hardware component selection and software system development,the paper designs and develops the operation quality detection equipment composed of four parts,which are vibration acceleration sensor,data acquisition and processing system,terminal equipment and wireless remote control power supply controller.Second,according to the vehicle structure and vibration transfer level,the three key components,namely the car body,the bogie frame and the axle box,which are distributed at the vibration transfer level,are determined,and the vibration acceleration sensor is installed in the three parts,and the structure of EMU operation quality evaluation system is constructed.Third,select a group of operating vehicles,determine the specific loading method and install EMU operation quality detection equipment.During the operation of EMU,the test and detection will be carried out and relevant data will be collected.Finally,the test situation and effect are analyzed and verified.
