Study On The Daily Maintenance Risk Management Of Sichuan Mianguang Expressway

Based on the problems of difficulty in maintenance fund recovery,large maintenance,and lack of contract performance in the daily maintenance activities of expressways,in order to ensure the normal development of expressway maintenance,the contract management of daily maintenance is the key,and the entire contract cycle has many Unstable factors,therefore,the research on the contract risk management of highway daily maintenance needs to be strengthened.In this paper,the theory and reality principle,first the theoretical basis of the highway daily maintenance,contract risk and contract risk management in this study relates to elaborate,on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature research,routine maintenance of the highway.The current status of research on contract risk management is reviewed.Secondly,combined with the current status of Mianguang Expressway daily maintenance contract,screening risk indicators and determining their weights to establish an assessment model for highway contract management risk,and then on this basis,the specific analysis of Mianguang Expressway daily maintenance M contract management risks and Based on the risk assessment,according to the status quo and existing problems of daily maintenance contract management of Sichuan-Mianguang Expressway,some specific countermeasures and measures are taken to increase the binding force of the contract management of the project and improve the execution of the contract so as to promote the smooth progress of the expressway project..This paper follows the data collection,current situation investigation,theoretical analysis,search main cause,and comprehensive consideration of design ideas,and focuses on the development status of Mianguang Expressway.After a series of discussions with experts in related industries,the proposed contract will be executed in accordance with the contract.The risk arising from the three phases of the transaction,the event and the post-event was divided,an index system for risk assessment of contract management was constructed,and a series of recommendations were put forward in order to provide a certain reference for the contract management of expressways in China.
