"The 13 th Five-Year" plan,the new airport project will reach 74,the improvement of the modern airport system to develop the local economy and convenient communication personnel exchanges between regions with great convenience,at the same time the airport project construction management level of ascension causes the extensive concern of the industry.Airport construction has great project investment,construction period and complicated system and internal supporting facilities,affected by multiple factors such as policy factors,external factors and difficult work coordination,thus establish scientific and effective project schedule management method is the premise to ensure the smooth implementation of projects.Project progress management,also known as project time management or project schedule management,is an important aspect of project management.It is one of the important measures to ensure that the project is completed on schedule with reasonably arranged resource supplies and good project cost control.It collaborates with project cost management,quality management and scope management to complement each other in ensuring in-time and reasonable resource supplies,saving project cost,and completing the project objectives on time and in high quality.This article focuses on the progress plan and control management issues of Shenzhen Airport Expansion Project early stage,and studies the plan management of Shenzhen Airport Expansion Project early stage,through the introduction and analysis of the early stage work content,characteristics and risks.It expounds the necessity of formulating a scientific progress plan as well as relevant plan preparation methods,focusing on the specific application of system analysis method,critical path method,experience comparison method,Primavera 6.0 software trial method in the early stage progress plan preparation of Shenzhen Airport Expansion Project;At the same time,it introduces a series of measures in ensuring project progress of Shenzhen Airport Expansion Project early stage including progress control method,progress control flow,and dynamic monitoring.It introduces the project information platform which uses the network modularization management system to make dynamic monitoring of project progress,hence realizes the dynamic monitoring and management during the implementation of the whole project early stage progress plan,achieving expected project progress control as well as laying a solid foundation for afterwards progress management.In summary,this article uses standardized research methods to analyze progress management in the early stage of Shenzhen Airport Expansion Project,and then establishes a relatively complete construction progress plan and control system to achieve early stage objectives of the project as well as to create better pre-conditions for later stages.Also,it provides references for other airport construction projects in China.
