With the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry,the scale of domestic civil aviation fleets has been constantly expanding.What followed was the growing aging of aircraft and engines,and the continuous emergence of new models,which brought new challenges to China's civil aviation maintenance organizations.In recent years,China's civil aviation maintenance,especially that of civil aviation engines,has enjoyed rapid growth both in terms of the number of repairs and maintenance capabilities.However,despite the increasing number of maintenance companies,the maintenance capabilities and maintenance efficiency are uneven.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an evaluation method for the engine maintenance and repair system of the maintenance enterprise,so that there is a scientific basis for the establishment and evaluation of the engine maintenance and support system.Based on the research of civil aviation engine maintenance industry and the characteristics of military equipment and aircraft maintenance support system,this paper studies the evaluation of operational efficiency of civil aviation engine maintenance support system in detail.This paper first analyzes the operational characteristics of the maintenance support system,including the maintenance process of the engine and the functional support of the relevant departments,and gives an overall understanding of the engine maintenance support system.Secondly,it analyzes the factors that affect the operational efficiency of the engine maintenance support system.Based on this,an evaluation index system has been set up.Then,by the selection of evaluation methods,a fuzzy evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process is established.Through the investigation of experts,30 questionnaires were retrieved,on the basis of which the weights of the evaluation indicators were calculated.And through the assessment of domestic airline maintenance and support system,the calculation method of membership degree and comprehensive evaluation process is given,and the example verification is given.Finally,based on the typical problems in the current engine maintenance and repair process,corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward.This evaluation criteria mainly from the following aspects: CCAR145 and CCAR121 and other civil aviation regulations,engine maintenance features and operating system,the maintenance company audit data,experts and front-line staff experience exchange,military equipment evaluation experience,system theory.Through the evaluation model established in this paper,we can conduct a qualitative and quantitative analysis of aeroengine maintenance support system scientifically and provide a basis for the maintenance and development planning of a company.
