The electronic communication mode of the traditional dishwasher is a serial and single core,and all receiving and transmitting commands are controlled by the MCU.Due to the limited space of the chip,and the requirements for escalating performance sequential,the software development can not be nested to the produce automated test programme,that can only be manually tested by the employees.At the same time,the traditional production method is that the mainboard and the display board are produced together,and are tested by the employees.This kind of testing method is lower in automation,and requires manual control from assembly to testing,which costs a lot of human resource.At the same time,there is also the risk of mistaken inspection and leak detection.In addition,the traditional inspection methods can not detect the functional circuits completely,for each PCB needs to be reprogrammed manually.For the variegated requirements of the dishwasher appearance,it will undoubtedly increase the difficulty of production control and quality risks.Based on this,the production automatic detection system is studied in this paper,the overall technical scheme adopts the general UART communication mode,and introduces a relatively reliable CRC check algorithm,includes three layers of software architecture,and the separate part of hardware and software.At the same time,in order to improve production efficiency and quality,we promote the automatic composition of production lines,and develop the test equipment and communication protocols for production.The former method of strip line combination test is cancelled,which greatly improves the production efficiency.The automatic test programer based on dual core control,is used to simulate the main board and display board respectively,so that it can communicate successfully with the function board that to be measured and control the function board to be testd.The key is to establish a communication protocol between the test equipment and the test board.This communication protocol supports all series of electrical control boards tests of the dishwasher,and achieves the automatic detection when the electronic control board is started by one button,and achieves intelligent alarm and reminder when abnormal,and saves human resource cost,covers all functional test circuits of the control board of the dishwasher machine,realizes test for full coverage,greatly reduces the problems of false inspection and leak detection that are brought by manual operation,and improves the reliability of detection and reduces the rate of unqualified products.To achieve a communication protocol to meet the dishwasher full range of electronic control board detection,no one to one artificial learning programming.The whole project has been tested and reformed for many times,and finally a set of automatic detection system that suitable for production has been formed and is widely used in production.At present,in the production of dual core electronically controlled board,the pass rate of FCT is 98%,the output per hour is 650,and the two indexes are in the forefront.Up to now,the coverage of automatic test equipment has reached over 90%.The production efficiency and quality are improved synchronously.At the same time,this control mode has also been promoted many times in other departments,and it makes contribution to improve the electronic manufacturability of the Midea Group.
