This test occupied corn straw as the main raw material,optimized the pleurotus geesteranus training formula which replacing cottonseed hull with maize straw,studied different maize straw ingredients effect on yield and quality of the pleurotus cunucopiae through the experiment,and screened out suitable fine strains as corn straw compost.Selected "wanxiu no.1","wanxiu no.6" and "260" three pleurotus geesteranus varieties as experimental strains.The test had a total of five groups,employing the traditional substrates for control(CK),set up four processing A,B,C and D,respectively was 30%,40%,50% and 60% of the corn straw substrates,each group set 10 times repetition.The test explored corn straw substrates have influences on body growth,fruiting body nutrition,quality and the biological efficiency of pleurotus pulmonarius mycelia and sporocarp.The results are as follows:1.Using maize straw as the main raw material,matched into different levels of cultivation substrates to grow pleurotus pulmonarius,the test proceeded strictly according to the aseptic operation procedures,all three species of bacteria bag infection rates were0 during hair fungus.Three varieties of pleurotus cunucopiae hyphae in the five groups of substrates were growing,the substrates adding corn stalk also did not have negative effects on three varieties growth of pleurotus pulmonarius hyphae,compared with contrast,there was no significant difference."wan no.6" varieties mycelium growth rate was higher than the other two varieties in groups of five medium.With the increase of corn straw stalk proportion in the substrates,three varieties of mycelium growth rate tended to increase firstly and then decrease.2.Three varieties of five tide before the mushrooms mushrooms production from A to D group,along with the increase of corn stover adding ratio is reduced,the biological efficiency and yield change trend.Three varieties between the total output of pleurotus geesteranus and biological efficiency was no significant difference,moreover the total output of A group,one group of "wan no.6" variety,were all slightly higher than the control group,and group A of the "wan no.1" and "260" two varieties total outputs were slightly lower than the control,but the three varieties of group A were not significant difference with control group.3.Training in normal temperature and humidity environment,pleurotus pulmonarius sporophore moisture content of three varietiesshowed not much difference,and no significant difference.While the sporocarp coarse fibre content all showed a trend of decline with the increase of the proportion of corn stover,including "wan no.6" variety ofcrude fiber content was significantly lower than the other two varieties.The analysis and detection of pleurotus pulmonarius sporophore nutritional componentsest manifested that taking corn straw as substrates could cultivated pleurotus pulmonarius in high protein,and pleurotus microelement content of zinc,cuprum also increased with the increase adding proportion of corn stover,but the soluble sugar content emerged a trend of decline by the increase of corn stover adding ratio.4.Considering the first five production,biological efficiency and fruiting body nutrition indicators of three Pleurotus pulmonarius varieties,concluded the best formula for Pleurotus pulmonarius cultivation using maize straw: the maize straw was 30%,cottonseed hull was 30%,sawdust was 20%,bran was 13%,corn flour was 5%,lime was1% and gypsum was 1%,screened out the best "wan no.6" variety at the same time.
