Anthurium andraeanum is a perennial, evergreen, ornamental foliage and herbaceous plants, and it has wide range of application. The experiment tested changes of the photosynthetic characteristics of three varieties of cut flower Anthurium andraeanum, in order to provide a scientific basis for selecting good varieties and efficient cultivation management.The author tested changes of photosynthesis of three varieties of Cut flower Anthurium andraeanum?‘Anthaqxm', ‘Anthaqal', ‘Antharysia'? in plastic greenhouse by using CIRAS-2 photosynthesis analyzer system in different seasons. Study the diurnal and seasonal changes of the physiological and ecological factors, disscuss the effects of leaf position, total chlorophyll, specific leaf weight and light intensity on photosynthetic rate, analyze the correlation between net photosynthetic rate and environmental factors by testing diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate?Pn?, transpiration rate?Tr?, stomatal conductance?Gs? and intercellular CO2 concentration?Ci?. And study on short term-CO2 enrichment effect on physiological and biochemical indexes, photosynthesis and growth and development of Anthurium andraeanum. The results showed that:1. Cut flower Anthurium andraeanu ‘Anthaqxm'showed two peak pattern under sunshine conditions of three seasons. The peak due to seasonal change, the highest in summer, and the lowest in winter. There were obvious midday depression phenomenon, was nonstomatal limitation. Tr and Pn had the same trend. Ci was negative correlation Pn, increased first then decreased, and then increased again. The light energy use efficiency?QUE? and the water use efficiency?WUE? of daily variation has followed the same trend. WUE increased first then decreased, and then increased again, the highest in winter, QUE first decreased and then increased.2. The leaf age, leaf opposition, leaf chlorophyll content of cut flower Anthurium andraeanu were related with Pn. Pn in leaves with leaf age and leaf position first increased then decreased, and increased again. Chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll had a certain positive correlation with Pn. Specific leaf weight and Pn also showed the same trend.3. CO2 enrichment treatment increased the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,starch and net photosynthetic rate,decreased the soluble protein content,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance,and the value of chlorophyll a / b had no obvious change. CO2 enrichment could also promote the plantgrowth, development and early flowering, and improve the flowering rate. At the 30 th day after trended, compared with control, the chlorophyll content of T1, T2, T3 increased by 12.78%, 16. 74% and 25.99%, the net photosynthetic rate increased by 18.73%, 40.25% and 45.06%, the stem height increased by 5.54%, 16.22% and 23.36%, and the flowering rate increased by 9.09%, 30.30% and 48.48%, respectively.4. The diurnal variation of Pn of three varieties of Cut flower Anthurium andraeanu showed two peak pattern under sunshine conditions of three seasons. The peak due to seasonal change, the highest in summer, and the lowest in winter. There were obvious midday depression phenomenon, was non-stomatal limitation. Tr and Pn had the same trend. The light energy use efficiency?QUE? and the water use efficiency?WUE? of daily variation of three varieties of Cut flower Anthurium andraeanu has followed the same trend. WUE increased first then decreased, and then increased again, the highest in winter, QUE first decreased and then increased. WUE and QUE of ‘Anthaqal' was higest under the condition of the same season. The above research results showed that cut flower photosynthetic capacity of Anthurium andraeanum has seasonal adaptability and photosynthetic capacity of three varieties was higher in summer, and photosynthetic capacity of ‘Anthaqal' was the highest.The fit degree of Anthurium andraeanu light response curves is high. The light compensation point?LCP? and the light saturation point?LSP? of different varieties were changed. The LCP is between 9.4013.91?mol·m-2·s-1, the LSP is between 906.67948.82?mol·m-2·s-1. The photosynthetic capacity of ‘Anthaqal' is highest, ‘Antharysia' is the second, ‘Anthaqxm' is lowest.5. The main factors which effected on photosynthesis were Pn, Gs and Ci.
