Anthurium andraeanum is one of cut flowers, which has high ornamental value and economic value and has a wide market prospect. Although a great number study of tissue culture and rapid propagation have been carried out on potted andraeanum, there are very few studies on andraeanum as a cut flower, it also has important significance that reduce agricultural production cost and promote cutting flower industrialization.3 varieties and 4 different explants of Anthurium andraeanum were used as a source of initial explants in this study. We studied on the effect of factors which affect the tissue culture, such as selected explants, pre-sterilization, the basic medium, hormone and plant growth regulator during the stage of initiation culture, the bud induction, rooting and so on. Then set up a regeneration system of Anthurium andraeanum by using the technology of tissue culture of factory production. The mains results are as follows:l.The callus induction rate showed differences between different explants and different varieties. Initially, the callus induction rate of’Cheers’from different explans showed as leaf> leaf base> petiole= stem.’Fire’ showed as leaf> leaf base> petiole> stem.’Midori’ showed as leaf base> leaf> stem> petiole. All of 3 varieties the leaf base and leaf organization inducement rates obvious better than the stem section.2. The sterilize of explants suitable for ’Cheers’ was taking the leaf as material, then dip in 70% ethyl alcohol for 40 s, and agitating in a solution of 0.1% HgCl2 for 15 min. The suitable sterilize for ’Fire’ was using the leaf as material.70% ethyl alcohol for 30 s,0.1% HgCl2 for 10 min. The best for ’Midori’ was using the leaf base,70% ethyl alcohol for 30s,0.1% HgCl2 for 15min。3.The best medium for callus induction of ’Cheers’ and ’Fire’ were 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L BA+ 0.6 mg/L 2,4-D+0.5 mg/L KT.’Midori’ was 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L BA+0.9 mg/L 2,4-D+0.5 mg/L KT. The callus grow better in ’Midori’ than ’Cheers’ and ’Fire’. The rate of callus induction is strongly different with the cultivar. The results of callus induction were also different.4.3 various cultivars had different adventitious bud differentiation rate. And the induction ratio of’Fire’was the best. The suitable growth hormone density of ’Cheers’ was 6-BA 1.0 mg/L,6-BA 0.2 mg/L was the suitable for’Fire’, and 6-BA 0.5 mg/L for ’Midori’5. Adventitious bud can take root in all of the medium, but the root-forming ability was different. Overall the best medium for rooting of’Fire’was MS+0.3 mg/L NAA. The quality of the root system was better than others, and the rooting rate was 96.2%. The suitable medium for rooting of’Cheers’was MS+0.5 mg/L IBA.0.1 mg/L IBA was the best for ’Midori’.6.The survive ratio could reach 98% when they were transplant to the medium composed with one part pearlite, two part moss and one part humus soil.
