In the prevention and control of forest diseases and insect pests,spraying machinery widely exists in traditional domestic waste pesticide phenomenon.In order to change this situation needs some improvement and innovation of spraying machine,so improve the utilization of pesticides and reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment.Air target spray application of precision spraying technology,coupled with its good air system.In practice,compared with the traditional spray machinery can significantly improve the use of pesticides.In the spray machine use the wind to send system and precise spraying technology can not only avoid caused by conventional spraying liquid waste and serious environmental pollution,but also it is very important to improve the level of mechanization and automation of diseases and insect pests in the present stage of our country.This paper studies the design of vertical wind sent to target spraying machine in reference to foreign wind sent spray technology,the traditional spraying machine to make some innovation,which can realize precise intermittent spraying.This paper focuses on the vertical air spraying machine and analyzs the structure design of the key and the related flow field analysis.In the structure design mainly includes the structure design of fan bellows,the parametric design of the nozzle and axial flow type fan design calculation.In the design of wind power system,have made analysis and calculation in the flow field inside the bellows.The position of the maximum velocity distribution in the exit position is analyzed,it provides a strong theoretical basis for the installation and location of the nozzle.In the design of sprinkler head,have determined the main parameters of the nozzle structure is nozzle diameter,inlet groove width and the height of vortex chamber,and SolidWorks Flow Simitation was used to analyze the internal flow field of the nozzle.The influence of each parameter on the working performance of the parameters is obtained.In the design of axial flow fan.It mainly includes the structure design of the impeller and the design of the back guide vane.the design of the impeller and the rear guide vane are all used in the method of the isolated leaf type,the main structural parameters are determined in the impeller design,respectively is the hub ratio,impeller diameter and the number of blades.Air assisted of target spraying machine uses tractor drive,through the coupling and the transmission shaft to carry out the main power transmission,and there are two branches in the power distribution: the drive branch of the blower and the driving circuit of the liquid medicine pump.In spraying machine piping system design three different shunt to complete the liquid flow,spray shunt,liquid return shunt and stirring return shunt.
