As the industrialization and urbanization speed up,and a large number of rural laborers flock to the cities,young labor shortage has become an increasingly outstanding problem in rural areas.Meanwhile,as the policy of accelerating the agricultural modernization and constructing a new socialist countryside is executed,the development of agricultural mechanization is more vigorous and urgent.Planting industry occupies a dominant position in agricultural production,and therefore advancing planting machinery energetically is an important aspect of the development of agricultural mechanization.Transplanter is one of the main planting machinery.Domestic transplanters are short of technological innovation and have poor versatility on their application,and row spacing adjustable transplanters are rare.Based on this,a row spacing adjustable dry-land transplanter is designed,and the key components of its are manufactured referring to the merit of the multi-linkage duckbill transplanter.The main contents of this paper include:1.The overall design of dry-land transplanter.The design goals of dry-land transplanter are outlined,the overall structure of a more reasonable and innovative transplanter is designed and the working principle is introduced.A 3D model of the transplanter is established by PROE software,and a practical transmission programme is obtained by calculation according to the parameters of Mao Yuan 250 tractor.2.Design and simulation analysis of multi-linkage transplanting mechanism.Transplanting mechanism of row spacing adjustable transplanter is designed,the corresponding kinematic mathematical model is established,a parametric model of the multi-linkage transplanting mechanism is designed based on ADAMS software,and influences of the main parameters on the kinematics characteristics of multi-linkage transplanting mechanism are analyzed.According to the design goal of transplanting mechanism,a set of parameters is optimized using the self-developed man-machine interactive interface,thus the design of the transplanting mechanism is completed.3.3D modeling and manufacture of experimental prototype of transplanting mechanism.The 3D model of experimental prototype is established based on PROE software,and rationality of structure and smoothness of motion are analyzed by simulation.According to the 3D model of transplanting mechanism and design requirements,processing maps are drawn,components are manufactured and the experimental prototype is assembled.4.Design of control system of experimental prototype.The hardware of control system of experimental prototype is designed,and a control program is written.The control system is installed into the experimental prototype,and then debugged.Electric control unit,using PLC as a controller and controlling the straight push rod,controls the opening and closing of duckbill according with the periodic motion of the transplanting mechanism,to maintain the overall tempo synchronization and complete transplanting operations.5.Experimental analysis of the prototype.The experimental prototype is assembled and evaluation indexes are selected.Farmland experiments are designed and the experiment results are analyzed finally.Feasibility of the experimental prototype for transplanting is verified,using the transplanting success rate and plant spacing as the evaluation standards.
